With 25 years of experience in IT, Steven is an accomplished IT management professional dedicated to guiding clients through the complexities of technology. Drawing on a diverse career spanning roles such as Helpdesk Analyst, Computer Technician, Service Delivery Manager, and currently IT Manager, Steven brings a wealth of experience in policy development, analytical problem solving, and technology consulting.
Steven’s leadership journey includes over 12 years of successful management, where he has consistently driven improvements in IT service delivery and team performance. He has a proven track record of managing large-scale projects, including a key role in implementing an electronic health record system in a hospital setting, as well as his tenure with a managed services provider.
Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications and an Associate degree in Video and Radio Production, Steven is also certified in ITIL v3, further strengthening his expertise in IT service management. He is passionate about continuous improvement, particularly Kaizen, policy development, and optimizing workflows to drive operational excellence.
Outside of work, Steven is an advocate for slow-living as a mindset, fighting against the culture of toxic productivity, and encouraging others to embrace balance and mindfulness. He is also an enthusiast of martial arts, amateur radio, and shooting sports. A Linux user and bash scripting enthusiast, Steven enjoys exploring technology in his personal life. Above all, he values his time and cherishes spending it with his wife and children.
