Steven’s management experience spans more than 12 years, with a strong track record in IT service delivery, team development, and large-scale project implementation, including critical infrastructure like electronic health record systems in healthcare. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, an Associate degree in Video and Radio Production, and is certified in ITIL v3—demonstrating a deep commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
But Steven’s work doesn’t stop at technology. He is also a coach, helping individuals and families simplify their lives, strengthen their marriages through better communication, and become more intentional leaders in their homes.
